Courageous Decisions Result in Favors from God and Men!

In the Old Testament, we read about the story of Daniel and his three friends. They were taken into captivity by the Babylonians with some of the other Israelites. While in Babylon, they faced a hard decision to make: to compromise their faith & mix in with the pagan lifestyle around them, or to live sacred and holy lives.

Daniel and his friends chose a holy life rather than a pagan lifestyle. God was pleased with their decision & He allowed them to be favored in the Babylonian court. While Daniel’s friends became high officials in the kingdom, Daniel served as an advisor to the several kings for almost 70 years.
